Join our all levels Hatha and Vinyasa yoga class with Nancy! Designed to enhance strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Each session begins with breathwork (pranayama) to centre the mind, followed by a dynamic or gentle flow, depending on the focus. The session ends with Savasana, a final relaxation, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the benefits. This class promotes stress relief, improves posture and overall well-being!
