Rates are per day and include all taxes (9% VAT, 2% municipal TAX) and facilities:

  • Air - conditioning and heating.
  • Cleaning services everyday.
  • Fresh towels everyday and changing of linen twice a week.
  • Kitchenette with cooking facilities and microwave oven.
  • Satellite TV.
  • Children 0-2yrs are free of charge. Baby-cot available.
  • One - bedroom apartments are approx. 60m²
  • Two - bedroom apartments are approx. 90m²
  • Use of BBQ utilities on roof garden.

Breakfast is not included (self - catered).
Breakfast (Traditional Cretan Breakfast Buffet) is offered only to groups over 6 people upon request and at 5 euro / person.
